Today we went to assemble then we went to the juniors and did fitness with Rm 9.
On Wednesday the 16 of October 2019, My class was doing fitness in the morning. We do fitness in the morning because our teacher likes us being fit and healthy. Our teacher Mrs Kumar likes us being healthy and strong because she doesn't want us to be unhealthy, sick, or weak.
So the first thing we did was 30 star jumps then we did 10 squats after that we did 10 more star jumps, then stretch our arms and legs. The last thing we did was 2 rounds of running around the school deck. Mrs Kumar and Mrs Goundar told us to go to class and we did go to our class.
Lastly we went to class and did 5 pushups and sat down. We both felt cold but happy because we felt like we had been refilled with energy again, also because we were fit.
